Om Namo Narayanaya (ॐ नमो नारायणाय) ist ein Mantra; ein heiliger Name. Eigentlich der Bewusstseinsimpuls für Weltfrieden und Harmonie.

Es ist die Anrufung des Höchsten. Und es ist ganz einfach: Du kannst dieses Mantra singen; – oder in Stille langsam rezitieren.
Je öfter Du dies innerlich aussprichst, umso mehr kannst Du Dich hinein entspannen. Dieses Mantra hilft Dir, Dein Bewusstseinsfeld zu klären und Dich weiter und weiter zu öffnen für die höheren Schwingungsebenen.
Ich rezitiere das Mantra -so oft ich mag- schon seit einigen Jahren täglich und vertraue darauf, dass es sich auch im “Subtle Mind” (feinstofflichen Bewusstsein) verankert. D.h. irgendwann geht der göttliche Name in dir auf “Autopilot” und ermöglicht Dir Gott : das Höchste in dir und allen anderen zu sehen.
Narayana (in der Form von Vishnu) ist das erhaltende Prinzip der Schöpfung.
Also ein Prinzip der universellen Trinität: Schöpfung, Erhaltung und Zerstörung (= transformatives Prinzip : Shiva).

Do you want to expand your consciousness further? With this mantra we can worship God in every single being.
It is the invocation of the highest frequency. And it is very simple: You can chant this mantra; – or recite it slowly in silence.
The more often you say this inwardly, the more you can relax into it. This mantra helps you to clear your field of consciousness and to open yourself further and further to the higher vibrational levels.
I have been reciting the mantra daily – as often as I like – for several years now and trust that it will also anchor itself in the “subtle mind” (subtle consciousness). I.e. at some point the divine name in you goes on “autopilot” and enables you to see God : the highest in you and all others.

So a principle of the universal trinity: creation, preservation and destruction (= transformative principle : Shiva).
